LAS VEGAS, NV, May 29, 2026 - HorizonAI, the company behind HorizonAPI, today publicly disclosed that it secured a $3 million initial funding round from Jade Woods Venture Capital, an AI-first venture capital firm backing founders building intelligent infrastructure for the next generation of enterprise workflows. The investment was completed in late 2025.
The funding has supported HorizonAI's continued product development, expansion of enterprise-grade security and permissioning capabilities, and deployment across document-intensive industries where accuracy, context, and trust are essential.
HorizonAI helps financial services, legal, credit, corporate strategy, consulting, and real estate teams transform large volumes of unstructured documents into structured, traceable, and reusable institutional knowledge. Its HorizonAPI platform is designed to analyze due diligence materials, financial documents, research reports, public filings, meeting notes, and internal knowledge bases, enabling teams to extract reliable insights from complex information environments.
Enterprises are not short on information. They are short on systems that can preserve context, reason across fragmented documents, and produce outputs teams can actually trust.
Dr. Evelyn Carter, Chief Technology Officer of HorizonAI
The investment reflects growing demand for enterprise AI systems that go beyond chat interfaces layered on top of files. HorizonAI is focused on building document intelligence infrastructure that can support organizational workflows, domain-specific information, long-context reasoning, and reviewable outputs for professional teams.
We invested in HorizonAI because the company is solving one of the most important problems in enterprise AI: turning unstructured knowledge into actionable, auditable, and scalable workflows. Financial, legal, and strategy teams work with information where accuracy, context, and trust matter. HorizonAI has the opportunity to become foundational infrastructure for the next generation of institutional intelligence.
Sean Tsang, Founding Partner at Jade Woods Venture Capital
The funding is being used to expand HorizonAI's engineering and product teams, advance enterprise-grade security and permissioning, deepen integrations with private document repositories, public filing systems, and specialized data sources, and accelerate deployments with financial services, legal, and enterprise customers.
For HorizonAI, document intelligence is becoming a core infrastructure layer for high-stakes knowledge work. As organizations adopt AI across more complex workflows, the company is building systems designed to keep generated outputs connected to source materials, review paths, and institutional context.
